Working in partnership, as part of Bromley Well with Age UK Bromley & Greenwich, Bromley Mencap, Bromley Lewisham & Greenwich Mind and Community Links Bromley via a Single Point of Access we provide a new approach to supporting Bromley residents including support for older people, adults with long term health conditions, adults with learning disabilities, adults with physical disabilities, people with mental health issues and carers including young carers.
As part of the Bromley Well service we provide impartial information, advice and guidance on other social determinants of health such as housing, debt, benefits, employment etc.. which are crucial to a person’s wellbeing.
This innovative service delivers options for local people to help them maintain both their physical and mental health as well as their independence.
Users accessing the service will receive a range of interventions to support them to maintain or improve their health and wellbeing and stay independent.
As part of the Debt Free London project Citizens Advice Bromley provides money advice to people across the London Borough of Bromley and beyond. Our dedicated Money Advice Caseworkers provide specialist help to help people to manage their finances and to take on casework for those who are vulnerable.
