   Accessing our service

New 7 day a week telephone service from 1 January 2018

Working in partnership, as part of Bromley Well, we provide a new approach to supporting Bromley residents including support for older people, adults with long term health conditions, adults with learning disabilities, adults with physical disabilities, people with mental health issues and carers including young carers.

Utilising the knowledge of Age UK Bromley & Greenwich, Bromley Mencap, Bromley & Lewisham Mind, Citizens Advice Bromley and Community Links Bromley via a Single Point of Access, this innovative service delivers new options for local people to help them maintain both their physical and mental health as well as their independence.

Users accessing the service will receive a range of interventions to support them to maintain or improve their health and wellbeing and stay independent.

It has recently come to our notice that people have been receiving calls saying that they are from Citizens Advice and asking for personal details and in some cases money. Please note that Citizens Advice WILL NEVER ask you for money, YOUR BANK DETAILS OR PASSWORDS. If you receive a call which you think may be suspicious please call Action Fraud can be accessed via the link below;
